Patients are responsible for the payment of their medical bills. Copayments are due at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients, we file insurance claims. We cannot, however, mediate disputes or resolve differences between you and your insurance company. Please remember that it is your responsibility to advise our office immediately of any changes in your insurance or contact information.
